A lot of people fail to realize that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. In fact, your mental health can play a HUGE role in your physical health. The goal to improving your mental health is finding that balance between your physical, emotional, and mental well being. However, this is more easier said than done. When you are under stress, depressed, and even physically ill, take it day by day. Don't try to think so much about the negative outcome(s). Find light within your situation. Remember that this is not the end. It's simply an obstacle God has thrown to build a stronger you. Notice, God will throw that same obstacle until you realize and take action. There is power in healing, but patience is definitely a virtue. Be patient with your healing process. In the beginning, its okay to question "why me?".. this will give you insight to reflect yourself. But just remember, God wont throw you anything you cant handle. Keep in mind that some situations are inevitable.. they are bound to happen, but don't beat yourself up over something that is out of your control. This when you LET GO, AND LET GOD. 

PSALM 34:17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.
